As a kid, I always went deer hunting with my father a few days after Christmas. The picture above is our “lodge” that we shared with a few others. I am pictured to the right of the photo. This “Deer Camp” was located just north of Vicksburg, MS, on the Mississippi River. It was the “Steele Bayou Hunting and Fishing Club.”
